The systems behind the work.

Software, automation and film that let a small team work like a large one. Built by Reinholdsson Media House, Ringbell’s digital partner. A selection, without client names, by design.

The platform Ringbell runs on.

Outreach, a content factory in the founder’s own voice, bookings across several calendars and bookkeeping, behind one login. Drafts wait in a queue until someone says yes. Nothing is sent or published before that.

What we build.

Growth

Finding and reaching the right people.

  • Outreach engines that search for companies, score them against the ideal customer and write to them in sequence, from a sending domain that is warmed up first.
  • Built for a speciality drinks importer selling to cafés across the Nordics and Eastern Europe, and for Ringbell’s own market entry work.

Sales in the field

Sales teams that work from a map, not a spreadsheet.

  • A map-first field sales CRM for a dairy distribution pilot, installed on the phone like an app.
  • A mobile sales tracker and customer register for a medical skincare brand.

Finance

Receipts and invoices that sort themselves.

  • Invoices and receipts collected from Gmail and Outlook, tagged by how they were paid and handed to the accountant as drafts, one at a time.

Memory

A business that remembers who promised what.

  • Brain, a system of our own: mail, calendars, meetings, chats and documents read into one private map of people, companies, deals and commitments, with every promise and deal backed by a quote from its source.
  • A morning brief in Telegram, and answers in an AI assistant about who someone is and what you are still waiting for.
  • Drafted replies, reminders and calendar entries that wait for your approval, and a memory kept in a private database of its own.

Voice and knowledge

A founder’s thinking, turned into content and courses.

  • A content factory that drafts LinkedIn posts in the founder’s voice from his own material, and publishes only what he approves.
  • A complete online academy: 8 courses and 245 lessons with texts, images, discussion rooms and recurring live sessions, built through the course platform’s API.

Commerce

Online stores that run across borders.

  • Catalogue imports of close to 600 products, organised into collections by brand and category.
  • VAT set per product and country, and a margin calculator for cafés with drink VAT checked for 29 countries.
  • Checkout tests per country, conversion audits and campaign emails.

Products

Software of our own.

  • CreatorScope, a studio for YouTube creators that writes scripts in the creator’s own voice.
  • A local AI rough-cut tool for DaVinci Resolve that builds a first edit from interviews and footage.
  • Race operations and telemetry portals for motorsport teams, and community bots that run seasons and ladders on Discord.

Film and identity

The part people see.

  • Film and video production, visual identities and websites, including the one you are reading.

How it is built.

  • A human says yes first.Nothing is sent, published or booked without someone approving it.
  • On what you already use.Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Shopify and LinkedIn, connected rather than replaced.
  • Tested on real data.A system is run end to end on the client’s own data before it is called done.

Is there a process that eats hours every week?

Tell us about it. The first conversation is about the process, not the software.
